Federal Realty
The investment trust Federal Realty brings in about one billion dollars in revenue from its portfolio of retail experiences annually. Among their investments are eight premium shopping centers in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia areas, each of which has its own identity. This January serves as Federal Realty’s agency of record, leading integrated marketing efforts across organic and paid social media, out-of-home advertising, email marketing, and influencer campaigns.

On-premise posters were installed across each property every quarter, featuring seasonal messaging and bold visuals designed to inspire shoppers, encourage exploration, and strengthen each center’s unique identity.

Organic Social
For organic social, I crafted engaging captions, sourced compelling visuals, and managed day-to-day content across platforms for six different properties. This included maintaining content calendars, scheduling posts, and handling community engagement to keep each center’s audience active and connected

I developed bi-monthly email campaigns from concept to execution, writing the copy, formatting layouts in Mailchimp, and aligning each send with key retail moments and property-specific promotions to drive engagement and in-store traffic.
